Our nurturing environment serves as a cozy and welcoming space where children feel secure and loved. We strive to make Jannie's Babies a true home away from home. Our facility also offers full time video surveillance to give your family piece of mind.
Jannie's Babies Daycare is an organization named after Jannie Tucker. Jannie raised 14 boys and girls. She was blessed with 82 grandchildren and great grandchildren. Alongside her husband Thomas Tucker they both raised children in a world with limited resources such as quality, affordable, accessible daycare that provided learning for all children. Despite all challenges, Jannie accomplished childrearing and successfully instilled in her children the core values of love, humility, integrity, courteousness, and empathy.
Jannie's Babies Daycare is operated by Brianna and Shanice, both certified daycare specialists who are descendants (grandchildren) from Jannie Tucker. They carry the traditional core values that were passed down from generation to generation to display love, humility, integrity, courteousness, and empathy, in turn planting these seeds into young ones under their care!
Meet The Staff
Bri Jones
My name is Bri Jones, I am the On-Site Provider and Education Director for Jannie’s Babies LLC. I have been in childcare for the past 13 years and I enjoy watching children grow up and do amazing things! I am excited for the time I get to spend helping my little friends learn and flourish in their own way. I am looking forward to meeting new families and friends here. I will be working with your children on….. -Emotional development and regulation-Basic school knowledge and comprehension -Language skills via English, Spanish, -Japanese, & Infant Sign-Language Sensory and Art-And plenty of Gross and Fine Motor skills.
Fun Fact: The children call me NaNa, and I love to Dance!
Shanice Antwane
Shanice Antwane is a dedicated childcare director, who has contributed hours of hard work in making sure all children are nourished and cared for, she appreciates the many different personalities that our kids bring, and help build strong character in our young ones. She enjoys being creative and bringing out the best in others.
Fun Fact: I am a makeup artist.
Madison Tucker
Hello my name Is Madison Or Miss Madi to the kids , I believe that the early years is an important time to nurture children's love of learning and to foster their overall wellbeing. I strive to provide environments that are inviting fun and inspire wonder and learning.
Fun Fact : I am an aesthetician.
Unfortunately, more than 60% of New York State is considered a childcare desert. This means there is not enough childcare in an area to support the children that live there. Jannie's Babies Daycare agenda is to provide relief and help fill the ever growing void for quality daycare centers. Child daycare has always been a necessity worldwide. As the world continues to demand more from parents to work and provide for their family, the need for their children to be cared for is growing immensely, a dilemma that Jannie's Babies Daycare hopes to solve in its local community.
